Chocolate-banana cake refers to simple quick baking. Moderately sweet, with a distinctly fruity aftertaste and tart notes of bitter cocoa beans. Both main ingredients often appear as a pair, having long proven themselves in all sorts of recipes.
Tropical fruit in baking manifests itself as a unique binder component, allowing you to reduce the rate of flour. And thanks to its natural sweetness, a portion of sugar is significantly reduced. There is also no need for additional flavoring with spices or vanilla. The combination of banana and chocolate guarantees an expressive pleasant train, richness of taste.
- bananas - 2 pieces
- eggs - 3 pieces
- sugar - 80 g
- flour - 150 g
- salt - pinch
- dark chocolate - 90 g
- vegetable oil (refined) - 100 ml
- baking powder - 1 tsp with a hill
- walnuts - 50 g
- dark chocolate - 70 g
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Break eggs into a cup, add sugar. Mixer at high speeds, beat 2-3 minutes until fluffiness, bulk density and dissolution of sugar grains. We throw a pinch of salt and add vegetable oil - we take strictly refined, odorless and pronounced taste. Run the mixer again, whip slightly.
- Split chocolate bar into small pieces and put in a "water bath". We prefer bitter chocolate with a high content of cocoa beans. Keeping the temperature low and stirring the mass, we wait for the complete melting. Remove the melted chocolate from the stove, cool.
- Ripe soft bananas we press down with a fork to a mushy state. We try not to leave large pieces.
- In the whipped mass, we enter the cooled melted chocolate and banana puree. Stir with a spatula or spoon until uniform color.
- Combine flour and baking powder. Sift to the chocolate-banana mixture in two or three sets. We mix each portion without leaving dry lumps. The mass thickens, becomes like a dough for cupcakes or muffins.
- Chop the nuts into medium sized pieces, add them to the work bowl. Stir the dough.
- We spread the chocolate mass with nuts in the form with a diameter of 20 cm. We put in an oven heated to 180 degrees.
- We bake chocolate-banana cake for about 30 minutes. Willingness is determined by a wooden skewer or a toothpick - we pierce the center of the baking, check for dryness.
- For the glaze, break the chocolate into slices, add a spoonful of refined butter. Stirring, melt in a "water bath"
- Remove the cooled cake from the mold, cover with a chocolate layer.
- We put them in the fridge until the chocolate hardens, or we taste it right away!
