Pie with cottage cheese and meringue



 

Dear friends, today I want to share with you a recipe for a very tender and tasty cottage cheese cake, which is very simple to prepare.

Ingridients
  • 3 eggs 
  • 100g margarine 
  • 100g of flour 
  • 100g of sugar 
  • a pinch of salt 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 300g cottage cheese 
  • vanilla
Cooking method:
  1. Separate whites from yolks 
  2. Yolks to wipe off 50g of sugar 
  3. Put the softened margarine 
  4. Stir. Put flour, salt, baking powder
  5. Mix. The dough is thick 
  6. Put the dough into a detachable shape (I don’t have one now), oiled, smearing with a spoon. 
  7. Put in a heated oven for 20 minutes at t 180-200 While baking the cake, rub in a bowl of cottage cheese with 25g of sugar and vanilla. Set aside
  8. Beat the whites in a strong foam, gradually adding 25g of sugar. During this time, our cake arrived in time. 
  9. Immediately lay out the prepared curd on top of it. 
  10. And lay out meringues on top (whipped whites) 
  11. Sent in the oven for 10 minutes, diminishing t to 150 degrees. 
  12. Carefully cut into portions and enjoy! (I warn you, when cutting, the meringues stick to the knife) Cool the cake in the form.
