Charlotte with apples




Charlotte with apples is the simplest and most delicious apple pie that literally melts in your mouth, and this fudge is prepared very quickly. An incredible aroma fills the entire kitchen, and it becomes so difficult to wait until you can enjoy the charlotte with a cup of tea.

I am sharing a recipe for classic air balloon with apples; this is the recipe that my mother taught me many years ago. A wonderful option of baking with apples for every day, the ingredients are always on hand.



Ingredients (10 servings)


  • Apples - 6-8 pcs. (small)
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Sugar - 1 cup (200 g)
  • Flour - 1 cup (150 g)
  • Baking powder - 0.5 bags (1 tsp)
  • Sour cream or mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • Butter (to lubricate the form) - about 1 tsp.   



How to cook apple charlotte:

1. Beat eggs well with sugar.
2. Add sour cream or mayonnaise.
3. Mix flour with baking powder and sift. Gradually add the flour to the egg mass, mix until smooth. Get the dough like pancakes.
4. Grease the form. Preheat the oven. Peel apples, cut into slices.
5. Put some of the apples into shape. Pour the dough on the apples. Top out the remaining apples.

6. Bake a charlotte with apples in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes (or until rosy) at 180 degrees.
